  • Do Lubetech deal direct with the end user?

    No. Since 2009, Lubetech's company policy has been not to sell direct to the end user, to enable us to focus on providing technical and product information, advice and guidance. We welcome and encourage your feedback as a user of Lubetech products and services, but all purchase enquiries we receive via this site or other contact will be passed to a distributor of your choice. For the benefit of our distributors we are also pleased to confirm we have no affiliated websites selling our product directly, nor have we any direct online sales presence. All Lubetech distributors are encouraged to feature our products on their own websites.


  • Is it Lubetech?

    All Lubetech products are supplied branded, so look for the trademark, or the `In association with...` logo. Lubetech also provide own-brands to more than 100 organisations worldwide so we also provide a FREE verification service - simply post us a sample of the product to ensure you are getting the quality required. Additionally, individual product specifications are available for each product via this website.

    Unfortunately, as with many successful brands, counterfeit products with similar labelling and branding very close in `look and feel` but inferior performance and protection are out there. To ensure you get value for money, both in strength and absorbency, please get in touch with any product detail questions you have.

  • Is there a carriage charge with Lubetech?

    Delivery is free to the UK for orders over £250. Orders placed under £250 have a £15 Delivery charge.

    Standard delivery is 2-3 working days, but we also offer Next Day delivery for any and all urgent items on request.

    If you need it and we've got it, we'll get it to you promptly!

    Larger steel drum storage cabinets will incur a delivery charge, depending on weight and volume. Made to order items may require longer delivery times.

  • Are site surveys available?

    Yes. We carry out site surveys in line with current legislation. We visit your site by arrangement, review the current provisions with you and produce a comprehensive written report to highlight non-compliant areas within your workplace and recommendations for better practice. Your report will also contain written examples of all relevant legislation and will be supplied to you by your Distributor who will include full costs for all items, with no hidden charges. We employ professional trainers / surveyors who will carry out surveys on your behalf and staff training as required.

  • Do Lubetech provide a stock count / replenishment service?

    Yes. In co-operation with certain Lubetech distributors, we are able to carry out the service to ensure you, the "customer", never runs out of absorbents again. The Site Inventory Management System also ensures that spill kits maintain their integrity and are ready to handle even the largest potential spill when required. We also list waste management specialists among our distributors who can assist with safe and environmentally-aware disposal of contaminated materials.



  • Do Lubetech deal with overseas customers?

    Yes. With more than 20,000 customers across five continents, Lubetech are proud to provide a worldwide resource for spill control products and replenishables. Our Overseas team are ready to receive enquiries from any end user or distributor anywhere in the World, from the North Pole to New Zealand.
