• Do Lubetech deal direct with the end user?

  No. As of 2009, it is against Lubetech's company policy to deal direct with the end user. However, we do not want to hinder access to our product, so, any enquiries that we get direct from the end user via this site or another method, will be passed to a distributor of their choice. We are pleased to say that we have no affiliated websites selling our product on a direct basis, and thus have no direct presence.

  
  

• How can I be sure I’m getting Lubetech?

  All Lubetech products are supplied branded, so it is important to look for the logo. Lubetech do provide a verification service, so simply post us a sample of the product to ensure you are getting the quality required. Individual product specifications are available for each product on this website

  Unfortunatley, there are counterfeit products, with similar labelling and branding etc. To ensure that you are getting value for money, both in strength and absorbency, please be in touch with any product details you have.

• Is there a carriage charge with Lubetech?

  No. There is not a minimum order value, and delivery is totally free for all stocked items. However, larger steel drum storage cabinets will incur a delivery charge, depending on weight and volume. A next day service is available upon request. Standard delivery is 2-3 days.

  
  

• Are site surveys available?

  Yes. We can carry out site surveys in line with current legislation. We will produce a comprehensive written report which will highlight non-compliant areas within your workplace. The report will also contain written examples of all relevant legislation. We employ a professional trainer / surveyor who will carry out surveys on your behalf and training as required.

  
  

• Do Lubetech provide a stock count / replenishment service?

  Yes. With the co-operation of certain Lubetech distributors, we are able to carry out a service that will ensure that you the "customer" never runs out of absorbents again. The absorbent management system also ensures that spill kits maintain their integrity and are ready to handle a large spill when required.
