Surveys

Due to increasing legislation surrounding spill control, it is important to have either a contingency plan, or an active spill management system in place. This is why we offer a free of charge survey that is intended to highlight any non compliant areas and make suggestions for the professional equipping of the site. Our surveys will both help you get in line with the Pollution Prevention Guidelines (PPG) and help you achieve ISO 14001.
Our surveys are flexible too. As part of our responsibility in this area, our policy is to only recommend items that your site needs, and each survey is 100% site specific, selecting products from the range that would be practical and sensible as well as important.

The report findings will be presented to your site in a written form, first highlighting the relevant legislation surrounding the findings, and then the area requirements. Surveys may be important where your site is considering an environmental management system (EMS) or if an audit is required for insurance purposes.

Training

The environment – it's something we hear a lot about these days.

It is important to remember that for the environment to stay how it is, we have to look after it. As we know, it is the responsibility of companies and individuals alike to protect both their own environments, and the wider environment. A big part of this is spillage control. For spill response to be effective, key personnel need training.

The team at Lubetech has recognised the need for all training to be presented at the right level and in the most effective manner. From this, we have come up with three different levels of spill response training – and any one can be used as a foundation to meet your own site specific requirements.
